Life Bloom Organics Goes Big
From a Malibu garage to national bestsellers.
Life Bloom Organics was a promising CBD brand with loyal fans in its hometown. When it was time to take the next step, LBO brought the Modern Marketing team on to help prepare for their national launch at retail and e-commerce.
BRAND • We spearheaded a full rebrand: new and improved style guide, brand website, brand voice and communications. We brought in a creative director and marketing lead to create and manage LBO social media channels and multimedia content, PR outreach and influencer partnerships, email marketing, online advertising (social media ads and paid search), packaging, branded promotional items and print collateral.
PRODUCT • Our product team got to work on product development, launching 3 new formulas (adding Muscle Recovery, PMS and Intimacy to the original Wellness and Sleep lineup) and creating 2 new delivery systems (topicals and quick-dissolve tablets, in addition to the original oral sprays). To accommodate ever-changing regulations, we created 2 lines of packaging: Hemp and CBD.
We also built a new best-in-class lab with full QA and a state-of-the-art ISO-certified clean room, with an in-house lab team for product manufacturing and fulfillment.
SALES • Before we came on board, LBO’s sales were limited to local L.A. retail shops. Our assisted sales program expanded retail sales to multiple states across the U.S., ran the B2B sales team and all B2C sales and e-commerce (we created and managed the brand's online store as well as its Amazon store).
We also produced all-new brand sales materials, retail materials and product displays. Our team teed up retail partnerships with key accounts like Erewhon and Come Back Daily, brought in influencer partners, and hosted community events.
